Author Connie Sturm Cameron writes with candor and
transparency in her book, "God's Gentle Nudges".
A collection of short inspirational stories, the book focuses
on God's gentle and unfailing love, guidance, and truth.
Honest glimpses into the author's personal life will encourage
and challenge readers in their own faith walk.
The author of multiple devotionals and inspirational
stories, Cameron has a true desire to share her faith, struggles,
and victories with others. "God's Gentle Nudges"
begins with the story of her search for God, continuing
with her development of a close relationship with Him. Anecdotes
about her family and friends, sometimes sad and other times
humorous, subtly show readers truths about God's nature.
Her gentle writing style avoids sounding preachy and "shows"
rather than "tells."
The book is divided into six sections, with several
chapters in each. The chapters are easy-to-read and the
perfect length for readers with limited reading time. Each
of the six sections has a different topic: Nudges Toward
Truth, Nudges of Comfort, Nudges to Pray, Nudges of Reassurance,
Nudges to Grow, and Daily Walk Nudges.
"God's Gentle Nudges" would be a great coffee-table
book or gift to someone who is seeking truth but has not
yet made the decision to follow God. Although primarily
women will be able to relate to Cameron's stories, readers
from all walks of life will doubtless find the book a light
and uplifting read. While not deeply theological, the book
will stir the hearts of readers and nudge them toward a
closer relationship with the Lord.
Endorsements
"Connie Cameron speaks to the ordinary splendor
of life, urging the reader ever nearer to the God who cares
about irises at the end of a driveway, wounded sparrows
and especially about people. God's Gentle Nudges is a warm
and nourishing read.”

"Now and then, a writer comes along and grabs
her readers by the hand and takes them on a journey through
the meadowland of her soul. Connie Cameron is such a writer."
